This post is all about warnings, there are 3 warning systems, One for players, One for GMs, and one for Super GMs
Warnings for players:
1st warning-Nothing Just the first warning.
2nd warning-1 hour-1day ban from the game.
3rd warning-5 hours-3days ban from the game.
4th warning-7 hours-5 days ban from the game
5th warning-9 hours-7 days ban from the game.
6th warning-Perm Ban(Ip/Mac)
Warnings for level 2 GMs:
1st warning-9th warning-nothing
10th warning-Demote to normal player
11-15th warning-same as the players(1-5)
and 16th warning-Perm ban(Ip/Mac)
Warnings for Super GM:
1-9th warnings-nothing
10th warning-Demote to level 2 GM
11-13th warning-Nothing
14th warning-Demote to Normal player
15-19th warning-same as warning for players(1-5)
20th warning-Perm ban (Ip/Mac)

How to reduce the warnings?
Well when someone gives you a positive feedback on the fourm(dont try to make another account and feedback yourself or ask your friend cuz that will get you and your friend a warning) and if its positive feedback from someone whom you helped weather its in the server or the forums you will get reduced warnings pending on what you helped them with, if it was something worthless you dont get reduced warnings
